Acceptance of Terms

Services

Cranstoun Court Jewellers provides jewelry sales, custom jewelry design, jewelry repair, watch repair, estate consignment, gemstone appraisals, and gold and silver purchasing services. All services are subject to availability and our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Repairs and Service Work

All repair work is performed at the customer's risk for pre-existing damage or fragile items. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already broken, cracked, or weakened prior to service. Customers are encouraged to disclose known conditions at drop-off. Unclaimed items left more than 90 days after notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

Appraisals

Appraisals provided by Cranstoun Court Jewellers are for informational purposes and reflect our professional opinion of value at the time of appraisal. Market values fluctuate and we make no guarantees as to future value. Appraisal fees are non-refundable.

Consignment

Consignment agreements are governed by a separate written consignment contract signed by both parties. In general, proceeds are split 60% to the seller and 40% to Cranstoun Court Jewellers. Items accepted on consignment are held at the seller's risk; we carry no liability for loss due to theft, fire, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Gold and Silver Purchases

Prices offered for gold, silver, and other precious metals are based on current spot prices and item condition at the time of purchase. All sales to Cranstoun Court Jewellers are final. We reserve the right to decline any purchase.
