By visiting our store, using our website, calling us, sending us email, or enrolling in our SMS or email programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SMS Program Terms
2.1 Opt-In
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Cranstoun Court Jewellers. Opt-in may occur in-store, via phone, email, or through our website.
2.2 Message Frequency
You will receive transactional messages (repair notifications, appointment confirmations) as needed. Marketing and promotional messages are sent on a frequency we determine, typically once or twice per month.
2.3 Message and Data Rates
Standard SMS message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for your carrier's charges.
2.4 Opt-Out

Visiting us in person at our store
Upon receipt of a STOP request, we will cease SMS communications within one business day.
2.5 Transactional vs. Marketing Messages
Transactional messages (repair ready notifications, appointment reminders) are sent regardless of marketing preferences. You cannot opt out of these without canceling service entirely.
3. Email Program Terms
By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive marketing emails, seasonal promotions, and business updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly.
4. Marketing Content Use
We reserve the right to use customer photos and testimonials in our marketing materials with written consent. Any photos or stories provided to us may be used on our website, social media, and in email campaigns.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cranstoun Court Jewellers is providedwithout warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for service interruptions, delays in notifications, or errors in communication. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
