TOM BAGGETT is both a certified watchmaker and a goldsmith.  He has earned an horology degree from Spokane Community College, a horology license and Certified Master Watchmaker license from the state of Oregon, a Bulova Accutron Certificate, and certification by the Santa Fe and Union Pacific Railroad.  In 1983 he was one of five watchmakers who was selected to restore a Patek Phillippe pocket watch which was sold back to Patek Phillipe for 1.2 million dollars.  In the 1990s he owned his own jewelry store in Arizona.  He also worked for Rolex in Dallas, Texas, for sixteen years as a quality control technician.  He joined Cranstoun Court Jewellers in 2018.

His hobbies are golfing and hunting.  His favorite movies are westerns, particularly John Wayne movies.  In 2016, he and his wife went to Estes Park, Colorado, to visit their eldest son and his family, then on the Mt. Rushmore and Yellowstone National Park where he presented his Rolex watch to his son.

His favorite piece of jewelry is a Rolex watch.

JIM GRAYBEAL is our goldsmith.  He has a BS in chemistry and physical sciences.  Jim has also completed several courses with the Gemological Institute of America, including gem identification and jewelry appraising.

He worked for eight years doing industrial chemistry in quality control and research with various products.  He has worked more than fifty years in the jewelry industry.  He has been a retail store owner, an appraiser, a sales associate, and as a professional bench repair jeweler and diamond setter.  Jim has also designed and manufactured dozens of custom jewelry items.  He is highly qualified to gently repair any of your fine jewelry.

His last motorcycle trip (vacation) was riding through Colorado, climbing over several mountain passes.  The round trip totaled approximately 2000 miles.  He has ridden his motorcycle in 40 states, including Alaska and six Canadian provinces, coast to coast, and border to border.  His favorite piece of jewelry is an Italian horn with a blindfolded lady luck.

IRIS GRAYBEAL is our financial administrator.  Iris began her jewelry career working for nine years in her husband’s jewelry store in Colorado.  Later, she worked a total of six years for other jewelry stores in Phoenix and Scottsdale.  She has a GIA Diamond Certificate.

 She worked for an Arizona mortgage company for two years, the county of Maricopa for three years, and for Desert Sun Pools as an accountant/bookkeeper for thirteen years.

In 2011 she began working for Cranstoun Court Jewellers as our financial administrator.  She is responsible for all the accounting systems for the company. 

Iris also works with Geoff and Mariana in the area of purchasing and with Mariana to professionally merchandise and display our fine jewelry and gift items. 

Iris’s hobbies include sewing (look at all our Christmas stockings hung by the fire at Christmas) and baking.  Ghost is her favorite movie.  Her last road trip was to Colorado to visit family.  Iris’s favorite piece of jewelry is her diamond wedding ring.

MARIANA MALAK ISMAIL is also a professional customer service and sales associate.  She works with Iris, and together they are responsible for all our merchandizing and display elements.  Mariana began her jewelry career in 2001 when she began working for Gems Town Jewelry in Chicago.  She continued her career with J.B. Robinson Jewelers, Azar Jewelers, and Lord and Taylor where she managed their fine jewelry department.  In October 2016 she moved to Arizona and began working at Cranstoun Court Jewellers.

Her hobbies include swimming, traveling, and spending time with close friends and family.  She loves comedies, and her favorite movies are Dumb and Dumber, and Night at the Roxberry.

She loves all jewelry, in general, as shown by her work experience.  She especially loves pieces that are different and unique.

SHARON SHAIDE ,a professional customer service and sales associate.  She had an extensive career from 1962 to 2007 in the insurance industry where she worked in retail security insurance and law enforcement insurance.  Her last position was an auditor for several insurance companies. 

Sharon and her husband Larry started helping at Cranstoun Court Jewellers at Holiday Celebrations and Ladies’ Night events.  Now Sharon works part time helping clients find and select gifts for loved ones and for themselves.

Her hobbies are all things Disney and traveling.  Sharon’s favorite pieces of jewelry are her fiftieth anniversary ring and pendant; however, she likes it all!
